Privacy policy Your Name uses BookHarbor to schedule meetings. What we collect: when you book, we store your name, email address, time zone, the meeting time and anything you write in the booking form (for example a phone number, notes or answers to questions). Why: only to arrange, confirm, remind you about and hold the meeting, and to let you reschedule or cancel it. Sharing: your details are not sold or shared for marketing. If the host uses a calendar service (such as Google Calendar) or an email provider, your booking details pass through those services to deliver the meeting invite and emails. How long: personal details are deleted automatically some time after the meeting (by default one year). Your rights: you can ask for a copy of your data or for it to be deleted by replying to your booking email. Cookies: the booking pages do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
